We are a growing group of UK-based companies operating across property management, real estate, serviced accommodation, and maintenance services.
This role is specifically for our residential / long-let property management division, supporting the day-to-day management of residential rental properties, tenants, landlords, contractors, and compliance-related administration.
Our residential property management team manages long-let properties and works closely with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy operations, timely maintenance coordination, accurate documentation, and professional communication throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our back-end office team to support our residential property management operations and maintain high service standards across our long-let portfolio.
The Assistant Property Manager will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our residential / long-let property management department.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager – Back-End Office to support the property management operations of our group of companies.
This role will involve assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across multiple properties, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the property management sector, strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Assist the Property Manager in handling day-to-day operations, documentation, and tenant communications. Maintain digital records, update property management databases, and ensure seamless workflow management.
• Tenant Management: Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, process applications, and handle tenant inquiries.
• Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors, track maintenance requests, and follow up on work orders.
• Lease Management: Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Rent Collection & Accounts: Monitor rent payments, send reminders, and update financial records.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all property-related documents comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the Property Manager.
• Customer Service: Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills
• Experience in Property Management sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with emails, spreadsheets, digital records, and property management systems.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of UK property management regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with UK-based property management or real estate companies would be an advantage.
